Account details (name, email, phone), identity verification data where required, payment and wallet activity, device/IP information for security, and support correspondence.
How we use data
To provide eteWallet services, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal and compliance obligations, and improve product reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors & sharing
Card payments and merchant payouts are handled by licensed payment processors under contract with ETEFORM.COM LTD. When you provide personal data for payments or bank payout setup, that data is shared with our processors solely to operate eteWallet, prevent fraud, and meet compliance obligations — and is processed under their privacy policies. We share data with processors and other service providers only as needed to operate eteWallet, or when required by law.
SMS & mobile messaging
When you provide a mobile number and request a verification or security code, we use that number to send transactional SMS (one-time passwords and similar security messages). Message frequency varies and is limited to authentication and security use. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS from eteWallet or HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention & security
We retain data as long as needed for the account, disputes, and legal retention periods. We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to a payments platform.
